We are open to form. We want to Acquire and Develop as many Never Lived in Luxury Condominiums, in The Ritz Carlton Residences Chicago and Sarasota, managed by The a Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, in Landmark Buildings, create a Monopoly, bring them up to
"True Penthouse Readiness",
with every possible amenity, then sell to the discriminating buyer.
This is a Low risk Deal. It is proven and documented.

The Units can be used as collateral, because we are dealing with extreme future value.
